1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and engaging with any service offered by Cherilyn Jones, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site or booking services.

2. Services & Offerings

All sessions, readings, attunements, workshops, retreats, and memberships are offered for personal growth, reflection, and spiritual exploration. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or legal advice.

3. Bookings & Payment

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Currency is USD unless otherwise stated. Memberships renew on a monthly basis until cancelled.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Single sessions cancelled more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no charge. Retreat deposits are non-refundable but may, at Cherilyn's discretion, be applied to a future journey.

5. Conduct at Retreats

Participants agree to act with respect for other guests, local communities, marine life, and the environments visited. Cherilyn reserves the right to end participation if conduct endangers others or wildlife.

6. Liability

You participate in all in-water experiences at your own risk. Cherilyn Jones is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising during any retreat, session, or third-party activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, recordings, transmissions, and written material remain the intellectual property of Cherilyn Jones. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

8. Updates

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
