Do I need to be an experienced swimmer?+
Comfort in the water is helpful, but most experiences are accessible to gentle swimmers. We tailor each day to the group.
What should I expect emotionally?+
Expansion, tears, awe, laughter, deep stillness — and a sense of homecoming. Integration support is woven into every retreat.
How small are the groups?+
Intentionally small — typically 6 to 12 souls. This is not tourism. It is a circle.
What is included?+
Lodging, water time, transmissions, ceremonies, meals (where noted), and Cherilyn's full presence. Flights are separate.
